Content, trademarks, logos, and materials created by FairFareFinder GmbH on the Sites are protected by intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from such content without express written permission. Statutory exceptions (such as quotation rights and private copying) remain unaffected. Content sourced from third parties is subject to those parties' respective rights.
FairFareFinder GmbH is liable without limitation for damages caused by intent or gross negligence, for damages arising from injury to life, body, or health, for liability under the German Product Liability Act (Produkthaftungsgesetz), for fraudulently concealed defects, and for damages covered by any guarantee expressly given.
For damages caused by simple negligence, FairFareFinder GmbH is only liable where an essential contractual obligation has been breached (i.e. an obligation whose fulfilment is necessary for the proper performance of these Terms and on which users may regularly rely). In such cases liability is limited to the foreseeable, typical damage.
Any further liability for simple negligence is excluded. This does not affect mandatory statutory liability.
The Sites contain links to third-party websites, including affiliate booking partners. We do not endorse or assume responsibility for any third-party content, products, pricing, or practices. When you follow a link to a third-party site, that site's own terms and privacy policy apply. FairFareFinder GmbH is not responsible for booking outcomes, cancellations, pricing errors, or other issues arising from third-party services.
We may temporarily restrict access to the Sites where reasonably necessary to protect security, prevent abuse, comply with applicable law, or carry out maintenance. We will endeavour to minimise disruption and restore access promptly.
Users are responsible under applicable law for any losses caused by their intentional or negligent violation of these Terms or third-party rights.
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Consumers do not lose any mandatory protections afforded by the law of their habitual residence.
The statutory rules governing jurisdiction apply. If the user is a merchant (Kaufmann), legal entity under public law, or public-law special fund, Berlin shall be the exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms.
FairFareFinder GmbH is neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
